Dennis Reid, Chairman

An Internationally Renowned Authority on Retail & Brand Sales Performance and a former Olympic sports coach, Dennis says “running a successful business requires complete clarity of purpose, a winning game plan, and a lot of hard work. Too many businesses think that hard work on its own is going to deliver the results”.

Having represented his country at the highest sporting level as captain of the New Zealand water polo team, Dennis has transferred many international sports principles to a business model of performance excellence. Working with Apollo astronaut psychologist, Dr. Denis Waitley, they transferred the performance values of world-class sport to the world of retail brands and healthcare.

Barry Martin, General Manager

Barry brings over 40 years of experience of the retail industry, from Store Management to Area Management, Customer Care and Retail Direction. As General Manager of Retail Performance Specialists and a trained coach, Barry advises businesses in retail, B2B and call centres. He delivers the RPS Performance System that is designed to improve customer traffic and educate retailers on customer conversion and long term retention. Working in partnership with clients, Barry embeds the most suitable performance system for each business which, in turn, is guaranteed to achieve sales and profit targets.

Barry is a renowned authority on the global retail marketplace and regularly delivers keynote presentation to major retail organisations, achieving successful training partnerships with brands including Harrods, Clarks, Boots, Johnson & Johnson and Sony.

Most recently, Barry has developed our highly successful Pharmacy Growth Programme, a bespoke performance matrix based on the exponential benefits of pharmacy volume, services profitability and over the counter sales. His core work includes establishing the right culture for community pharmacy, guiding change from clinical to commercial behaviour to improve business growth.
