He delivers the RPS Performance System that is designed to improve customer traffic and educate retailers on customer conversion and long term retention. Working in partnership with clients, Barry embeds the most suitable performance system for each business which, in turn, is guaranteed to achieve sales and profit targets.
Barry is a renowned authority on the global retail marketplace and regularly delivers keynote presentation to major retail organisations, achieving successful training partnerships with brands including Harrods, Clarks, Boots, Johnson & Johnson and Sony.
Most recently, Barry has developed our highly successful Pharmacy Growth Programme, a bespoke performance matrix based on the exponential benefits of pharmacy volume, services profitability and over the counter sales.
